  9. If you don't finish my work on the day you promise, will you deduct $100 from the bill   for each day you are late?
  10. How do you calculate the costs to rebuild my car.
  11. What warranties do you provide?
  12. Are you willing to compensate me for my time if I have to bring this vehicle back due to defective repairs? If not. Why should I trust you will do a first class job?
  13. Oh, and by the way. How much will it cost?
